Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items only. All vintage, antique, and similar unique items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags.
  • In its original packaging. If it came in a branded or original box, that box must also be returned.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, customers must contact us at us.store.carolina@gmail.com to request authorization. Do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Customers must return items using a shipping method that includes tracking, and provide the tracking number once the item is shipped. We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Vintage and antique items
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out before sending anything back.

Exchanges

We do not process traditional exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item (with approval), then place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Important Note About PayPal Express and Venmo Checkout:
If you placed your order using PayPal or Venmo Express Checkout before entering your full shipping address and selecting a shipping method, your order may have bypassed necessary address/tax collection. In such cases, your order may be cancelled and refunded automatically. Please refer to Section 21 of our Terms of Service for full details on acceptable PayPal use.
