Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping 

Standard: 2–6 business days

Economy: 4-8 business days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully packaged using protective materials suited for fragile, vintage and antique items.

We take extra care to ensure the safe transport of delicate items such as porcelain plates, vintage figures, and antique books.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Carolina.am is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Lost Packages
Carolina.am is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
